Wall & Roof PUFF Panels
Polyurethane Foam (PUF/PIR) Insulated Sandwich Panels
Engineered for Performance & Long-Term Reliability
Yatee PUFF / PIR Sandwich Panels are manufactured on a high-speed continuous foaming press line. Featuring high-density rigid polyurethane foam (40 ± 2 kg/m³) firmly bonded between two prepainted steel facings, our panels deliver unmatched thermal insulation (U-values as low as 0.22 W/m²K), structural rigidity, acoustic dampening, and energy savings.
Key Technical Features
Exceptional Thermal Insulation
Low thermal conductivity (k = 0.022 W/mK) cutting HVAC power consumption by up to 40%.
Tongue & Groove Cam-Lock Joint
Precision engineered interlocking joint profile eliminating thermal bridging and condensation.
Fire-Resistant PIR Formulations
PIR core self-extinguishing technology meeting BS 476 Part 7 Class 1 fire spread standards.
Hygienic Cleanroom Surface
Food-grade antimicrobial, anti-fungal paint coatings suitable for FDA-compliant clean facilities.
